Praysio is a B2B SaaS platform for commercial real estate (CRE) owners and managers. We help Asset Managers, Property Managers, and FM teams manage metering, energy bill recharging (tenant recharge), and ESG reporting. Outcomes include reducing OPEX leakage from missed or inaccurate tenant recharges, faster billing cycles, and auditability for ESG and board reporting.
Typical users: Asset Managers, Property Managers, Facilities Managers, Portfolio Operations.
We coexist with ESG platforms such as Deepki (data exchange).
Works with your existing meters via Praysio Loggers (inline hardware). No rip‑and‑replace of meters or BMS; ingestion is exclusively via our loggers.
- OPEX leakage from missed meters, incorrect allocations, and manual errors in spreadsheets.
- Slow billing cycles due to fragmented data flows (BMS → spreadsheets → email).
- Poor auditability when finance or clients ask for evidence behind a recharge.
- Portfolio inconsistency: each site doing recharging differently, making reporting noisy.
- Tenant disputes over recharge bills due to unclear evidence or inconsistent rules.
- Insufficient ESG data for reporting and decarbonisation initiatives (e.g., CRREM, GRESB) caused by gaps in coverage, lineage or quality.
Impact: lower leakage, faster month/quarter‑end, fewer disputes, stronger governance.
Owners and Asset Managers who need portfolio‑level consistency and reporting.
Property Managers who prepare tenant recharges.
Facilities Managers who capture/validate meter reads and exceptions.
ESG Directors who need complete, traceable energy data for reporting and decarbonisation initiatives (e.g., CRREM, GRESB).
Praysio maintains a meter tree (registry) with clear parent/child relationships, tenants, and allocation rules. Praysio Loggers are installed at properties/sites/assets and sit inline between the meters and the BMS; they are compatible with many meter types. The loggers transmit half‑hourly meter data to our cloud, which can then be accessed via the Portal and APIs.
Integration with existing metering: We work with your current metering with our highly compatibility Praysio Logger.
Inputs: Praysio Loggers (half‑hourly).
Outputs: allocation summaries, recharge reports, meter reading reports, meter data analysis reports.
Service‑charge recharging allocates building energy costs (e.g., energy, water) to tenants. Praysio standardises the allocation model (by meter, by area, by rules) and produces recharge reports with line‑item evidence. This reduces disputes and accelerates approvals.
Examples: common area electricity by area share; sub‑metered usage billed directly; missing reads handled with conservative estimates and clear flags.
Teams often report:
- Less leakage from missed meters and incorrect allocations.
- Faster cycle times from data capture to approved invoice.
- Fewer disputes due to transparent evidence.
- Portfolio comparability via a single schema and workflow.
- Clearer ESG data to support CRREM, GRESB and corporate initiatives.
We have a 3 step site onboarding process. This process varies by property size and complexity but can usually be completed within a matter of weeks.
The first step is a survey to identify all existing metering on your site, as well as any missing submetering, existing issues, or non-compliance (e.g. MID). The survey produces a Utilities Management Document that documents all of our findings as well as providing an overview of the utilities for your site to keep as a record against the asset.
The second step is to install any missing meters that you want installed and install our logger and setup the site in the Praysio Portal.
The third step is to go live with the portal, at this stage user accounts are provisioned and access is granted to the Praysio Portal and APIs.
Deepki (ESG): We are a Deepki Partner and have a prebuilt connector with them for automated data integration. We exchange data so clients can use Deepki for ESG reporting while using Praysio for metering data and recharge operations.
Business intelligence dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, etc.): Our Praysio API allows you to access your metering data for use in dashboards and BI tools.
The Praysio API: Our Praysio API allows you to access your metering data from your other systems.
CSV Exports: Customers often use CSV exports taken from the Praysio Portal to support downstream processes.
Our license pricing is based on number of meters as this is also how our costs scale (volume of datas). Survey and installations are quoted based on the size and complexity of the project. Please contact our sales team for any quotes.
Information security: ISO 27001 (in progress); Cyber Essentials; standard controls across access, logging, and backup.
Hosting & data residency: Microsoft Azure, details available on request.
Unlike traditional AMR providers, Praysio is not just a data pipe. We focus on data quality at source via our Praysio Loggers, ensuring reliable half‑hourly meter data without any need to rip‑and‑replace your existing meters. Our modern portal provides powerful tools for tenant allocations, data quality checks, and recharge packs - purpose‑built for property and asset managers. We expose flexible APIs so your teams and partners can consume clean, standardised data. And we back this with a high level of support and service, working closely with clients to resolve issues quickly and align to portfolio needs.
We help you collect and structure the operational data that underpins CRREM pathways and GRESB submissions, and we can exchange data with ESG platforms (e.g., Deepki). Praysio focuses on operational accuracy (meters, allocations, recharges). You can then report confidently to CRREM/GRESB (and other ESG reports such as SECR and BREEAM) using your chosen ESG stack.
A minimal, robust registry typically includes:
- Meter ID, type (electricity, gas, water), data source (Praysio Logger), parent/child, location.
- Linked tenant/area, allocation rule, unit of measure.
- Read frequency, commissioning status, notes.
We produce a meter tree/registry as part of our process in onboarding your property.
Praysio is used across portfolios managed by leading real estate owners, asset managers, and property managers.
Manual readings and In‑house spreadsheets/email workflows.
Legacy BMS/BMS‑adjacent systems with light metering.
Point solutions for AMR without recharge workflows. Praysio differs by focusing on accurate metering to defensible recharge with portfolio‑grade QA and ESG‑ready data.
